Care delivered with both compassion and efficiently (and success). Compassion and good humor makes one feel human again. Efficiency builds confidence one is in safe hands and success goes a long way toward renewed hope.

He was a lovely man and Jean always looked forward to his caring. I couldn't fault him at all. He would always come on time and sit with Jean, Massaging her hands and chatting about the past. She would go back 60 years and loved it. I would recommend him to anyone and we are only sorry that the visit has ended. It was wonderful and we will miss Sam's visits. Thank you

The namaste was very good. Mum was well happy, we both were. It got her brain working and brightened her up all day. She looked forward to Catriona's visits. Catriona was really good and mum looked forward to her visits. We would really like the Namaste to continue and we want more even though we had our 10 visits.

The care was thoughtful and sympathetic. Care was very attentive. Could be improved - more gin and tonics! Haha.
